When I hear people say this my ears perk up cause it’s usually a sign they are beyond their capacity of their business or life, or both.
The hardest pat of realizing you’re that overwhelmed is that you are too overwhelmed and too close to figure out what you need to cut or pair down in order to come back to what’s essential.
I just wish it wasn’t so complicated.
