How you might ask, through curiosity. I’ll ask question after question after question. Sometimes you’ll have a clear answer, sometimes you’ll need to sit with it for a while. You’ll begin to see what actually gives you life, and what is sucking you dry. You’ll get clear on the decisions before, what to pair down, what to expand, where you need open space, how to say no, how to be protective of your time, and how to say no (just because your calendar is “free” doesn’t mean you’re available).

And of course this is so much more than your calendar, but sometimes having a visual representation is helpful to begin to see more clearly.
