Hi, I’m Katherine!

I live for time spent in the sun, slow mornings (and slow days for that matter) and deep conversations.

I was sent a dating website by a friend, loved the idea and wanted to make one myself…so I did.

And then I thought, wait a minute, what if I did this for my business too?

I mean when you’re “in the market” for a coach, it’s kinda like when you’re looking for a partner isn’t it? You have questions like, will we be a good match, will they understand my history, will they judge me, will our relationship last…

So I decided to make a “dating profile” coach version. Some of this is straight from the actual dating website I created for myself, just to keep things fun :) And some of it is coaching specific.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed creating it for you!

Fun facts

  • I'm an extroverted introvert. I love people, but definitely need my down time to recharge.

  • I love a good cozy morning in bed.

  • I love cars. Seriously don’t ask me my dream car, I have too many to count. Or do ask and I’ll talk your ear off :) And I wish I knew how to drive stick - it's one of those weird dreams of mine.

  • I'm a Star Wars girl through and through (and a LOTR, Fast & Furious, Marvel, Harry Potter girl).

  • I like all kinds of music, but country is my fav.

  • I’m opinionated and I also change my mind a lot…it keeps things interesting.

When your best friend, who is your favorite photographer, texts you a Saturday afternoon and says, “do your make up and let’s take some photos”…you say yes

Things to know about me…

  • I grew up in a conservative evangelical christian family but left organized religion about 10 years ago.

  • I’ve been married (and divorced) twice.

  • I vote based on policies + people vs parties. A deciding factor for me is always pro-choice.

  • I’m a therapy + coaching girl. Not in a, you have to be in it constantly kind of way, but more like I believe having a neutral party can bring a perspective that you simply can’t see when you’re in the middle of whatever you’re going through.

  • I am the queen of burning it all down. The relationship(s), the business, the life that no longer fits who you are becoming. NOT out of spite, but out of alignment. This looks different for all of us and sometimes is an isolated burn, while other times it is an all consuming burn.

  • I live in the world of nuance. There are so many different angles and flavors to each of our stories and lived experiences, and none of them look the same.

I started milling my own flour and making homemade bread over a year ago now. It is so therapeutic and I love it!

I took myself on a solo trip to the beach for my 37th birthday.

I am a VERY committed dog aunt. I’m her #2 human and feel so lucky for it.

My parents, brother, and I went on a two week Mediterranean cruise in October 2025, and yes, we still love each other, haha! It was my first European experience, but it definitely won’t be my last!

The clients who are drawn to me are…

Confused in their business — feeling the tug to burn it all down, pivot 360 degrees and create something entirely new (spoiler alert…it actually isn’t new, but we’ll talk more about that later).

Exhausted by the put together, “everything makes sense”, following all the rules persona they’ve lived (and tried to hide) behind and are equally as exhausted in trying to break free of that very pattern.

Lit up with numerous ideas for their business wondering which one(s) to bring to life first.

Wondering if all of themselves can really exist together…in their every day private life, in their online public life, and everywhere in between.
