This eases the fear that you are not needed, and also keeps you disconnected from yourself and your own needs.

As you look beyond your immediate surroundings, noticing more than the words that are spoken and see the depth and nuance that lies beneath.
You nurture the dream of possibility, hope and belief through your big hearted joy, honesty, vulnerability and realness. You do this for yourself by taking that risk that sets your soul on fire…even though it scares the shit out of you.
And you do this for others when you reflect back to someone what you heard from them as they were speaking, and you watch their jaw drop wide open in sheer joy and slight disbelief that you truly saw them.
